Jennifer Lopez made a bold style statement on the red carpet at the Elle Women in Hollywood Awards Tuesday.
The 54-year-old star, accompanied by her husband Ben Affleck, graced the event at Nya Studios in Los Angeles, where she was one of the honorees.
Lopez donned a striking silver chrome breastplate that revealed a glimpse of underboob and accentuated her midriff, as reported by People.
She paired the daring top with a high-waisted black pencil skirt and black strappy pumps.
The singer accessorized her ensemble with intricate dangle earrings and opted for a slicked-back hairstyle.
Affleck, 51, exuded classic charm in a black suit and tie as he stood proudly next to his wife on the red carpet.
The power couple, who exchanged vows in August 2022, shared a tender moment at the event as they exchanged a sweet kiss in front of photographers.
The Elle Women in Hollywood Awards celebrated the women shaping Hollywood today, from remarkable red carpet appearances to women behind the camera and the magazine’s cover stars, according to the publication.
Lopez was among the stars highlighted in Elle's 2023 Women in Hollywood issue, alongside luminaries such as Nina Garcia, America Ferrera, Danielle Brooks, Eva Longoria, Fantasia Barrino, Greta Lee, Jodie Foster, Lily Gladstone, and Taraji P. Henson.
In her interview with Elle, Lopez touched on the shift in Hollywood and increase in roles for older women.
“People have realized that women just get sexier as they get older. They get more learned and more rich with character,” she said, underlining the beauty that comes with maturity.
Commenting on the evolving standards in the entertainment industry regarding age, she noted, “It has changed a lot, and I think it’s appropriate.”
Lopez, known for her relentless dedication to her craft, also talked about when she plans to retire, saying, "It might be 70, it might be 80, it might be 90, I don’t know."
She added that she refuses to be confined by societal expectations or limitations based on age or origin.
Lopez’s upcoming album, "This Is Me... Now," is slated for release on Feb. 16. The lead single, "Can't Get Enough," is scheduled to drop on Jan. 10.
