Megan Fox isn't just setting trends; she's redefining style by spotlighting the often overlooked elements.
The actress has made bold fashion choices with her hair and nails, proving that these seemingly subtle details wield the power to elevate an entire look, even becoming the center of attention.
This was evident when Fox made an appearance at the GQ Men of the Year event in Los Angeles Thursday wearing a striking white dress by Mugler with a plunging V-neckline, dramatic asymmetrical hem and thigh-high slit.
Yet, the standout wasn't just the dress -- it was also her shoulder-length hair dyed in bold, attention-grabbing red and matching red French tip nails adorned with silver mini balls.
"[A] vampire in [M]ugler," the "Jennifer's Body" actress captioned a photo of her look on Instagram.
Her wavy hair for the party was styled by Igor Rosales-Jackson, also known as @hairbyiggy on Instagram, while her nails were designed by nail artist Brittney Boyce (@nails_of_la).
Boyce revealed to Allure the intricate process behind Fox's stunning nails. The nail artist said she meticulously placed over 150 small, round metallic studs onto the red parts of Fox's French manicure. This procedure alone took approximately an hour to do, according to Boyce.
"To counter Megan's structured, cream dress for GQ Man of the Year [party], I created an elevated version of the classic French with an edgy twist," Boyce said in press materials, as reported by TZR. "The silver accents added dimension and took the French to the next level."
Colored a vibrant cherry red and embellished with shiny silver beads, the nails had a Christmas vibe, making them a fit for the festive season and another nail art idea for the holidays.
Boyce also took to Instagram to generously share to her followers the products she used for her iconic nail creation. The nail details, she said, were from CND. Specifically, she used the CND Plexigel Builder with shades CND Shellac in "Uncovered" and "Devil Red."
As the finishing touch, Fox accessorized her outfit with a transparent handbag and slipped into clear, pointed pumps with straps embellished with diamonds.
The "Transformers" star attended the party with her partner, Machine Gun Kelly, who chose a contrasting grunge-inspired ensemble.
