Megan McKenna gets honest about the changes in her body and the reason behind her decision to have her lip fillers removed.
The brunette beauty's claim to fame is during her stint in the British reality series "Ex on the Beach" in 2016.
In that same year, she also appeared in a series of reality shows such as "Celebrity Big Brother," "The Only Way Is Essex," and "The X Factor: Celebrity."
Megan McKenna on Body Dysmorphia
Now, in her recent interview on "Good Morning Britain," the former reality star spoke about how she has embraced her natural look.
During a candid talk with hosts Ben Shepard and Kate Garraway, the 25-year-old confessed that she suffered from body dysmorphia.
It came after Shepard asked her if her move to change herself physically has helped how the people perceive her.
She agreed and explained what made her regret going under the knife.
"Yeah, I look back, and I do look at myself, and I think, 'what was I even thinking? But I got myself into this little bubble; I had a bit of body dysmorphia."
The British reality star has been vocal about the changes in her body. In a previous report obtained by The Sun, she revealed that she had lip augmentation in an Essex clinic called Natasha Lucy Clinics.
With this, she has been a target of hate and has been trolled online.
She has been called harsh names and even compared to British singer Pete Burns, who had a drastic transformation.
"So dangerous to put permanent fillers, look what happened to Pete Burns. Please have sense and don't do anymore," one viewer mentioned, while the other said, "Megan McKenna's face looks absolutely f***ing ridiculous.

Megan McKenna on Self-Acceptance and Self-Love
Admitting to her mistake, the former Towie star shared her realizations in life.
She mentioned that accepting who she is and what she has made people look at her "in a different light."
As she focuses on her priority, which is her music, Megan McKenna pointed out that she's in a better headspace and has left her "crazy life."
"I think people can just see that I've left that crazy world behind, and this is really what I love to do, and I'm not going to give up."
Megan McKenna's Lip Fillers Experience
With her first-hand experience with beauty enhancement procedures, the "X-Factor" alum gets honest about her opinions towards lip fillers.
During the interview, she mentioned how it could be "dangerous" to someone's health.
"I don't really agree with the whole lip filler now either; I just feel like it can be dangerous," she explained.
In addition, the 28-year-old brunette beauty pointed out that social media affects how people see themselves, adding that "Instagram is kind of a big lie at the end of the day."
Concluding the interview on a light note, the reality star advised fans the most important thing--and that is to embrace who you are and just be yourself.
