According to InStyle magazine, the blonde beauty's gold-plated chain-link necklace is a piece of custom-made jewelry from The Sis Kiss.
Based on the female-owned brand, Gigi Hadid's necklace retails for $68.00.
Aside from its crystal-encrusted letters, the chain-link accessory also can be made with a .925 sterling silver gold plating, rose gold plating, or silver depending on your preference.
As for the runway royalty, she opted for a gold necklace to perfectly match her bold accessories.
This is not the first time that the top-paid supermodel is donning her Khai necklace.
While in Milan, the blonde beauty was also photographed wearing the custom-made necklace as she sports an oversized pinstripe blazer.
