Emma Corrin pays homage to Princess Diana as she debuts for the 78th Golden Globe Awards.
This is the first time that the British actress was nominated for the prestigious award-giving body for her breakthrough role as the Princess of Wales for Netflix's historical drama series "The Crown."

With the socially distanced ceremony, the 25-year-old actress virtually appeared for Golden Globes red carpet as she paid tribute to the late royal by sporting a sleek bob haircut.
Just like the late royal, the British actress broke the tradition and opted for unconventional style.
The 25-year-old star sports a tailored beige suit over a blue long sleeves top as she paired it with white high-cut sneakers.
Corrin also channeled her on-screen alter ego by donning in Princess Diana's haircut.

Aside from her stunning dress, Emma Corrin is celebrating the monumental moment in her career as she snagged her first major award for winning Best Actress in a drama series for her portrayal as Princess Diana.
Beaming with happiness, the British actress gave an emotional speech as she thanked the cast and her fellow actors, including her on-screen partner Josh O'Connor, while calling him her "Prince Charming."
To recall, the 30-year-old actor played Prince Charles's role for two seasons of "The Crown."
Interestingly, Emma Corrin also thanked the late princess as she shared the royal's impact on her life and career.
"And most of all, thank you so much to Diana," she mentioned, adding, "You have taught me compassion and empathy beyond any measure that I could ever imagine. On behalf of everyone who remembers you so fondly and passionately in our hearts, thank you."
