Here are 9 home remedies to get clearer skin that is free from the stubborn blackheads.
Baking soda and water
Use baking soda to neutralize any pH imbalance on your skin. The powder could remove dirt, oil, and dead skin cells working as an exfoliant, Dr. Dane said. Mix two tablespoons of baking soda with two tablespoons of water to make a paste.
Massage it on your face then rinse with warm water. Make sure to moisturize afterward as it could dry your skin. Use it no more than two to three days a week.

Tea tree oil
Applying tea tree oil directly to your chin and nose could kill the bacteria that is causing your blackheads. You could find it as ingredients in soaps and creams, but it is also available as an essential oil.
Brown sugar, lemon, and raw honey
Mix one tablespoon of brown sugar and two tablespoons of lemon to one tablespoon of raw honey. Massage the mixture onto your face in a circular motion for five minutes, then rinse. Moisturize after scrubbing away blackheads.
Coconut oil and sugar scrub
Dermatologist in New York City, Whitney Bowe, MD, said that you could get rid of blackheads on your body by exfoliating. Just mix coconut oil and sugar to make a body scrub.

Kasturi turmeric
Dr. Dane said that due to its antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric is used to remove blackheads. While regular turmeric could stain your skin, the Kasturi type does not.
Mix one tablespoon each of the powder and water or coconut oil to form a paste. Let the paste sit on your face for ten to 15 minutes after applying before rinsing it off.
Green tea
A great antioxidant, green tea could help decrease oil production on your skin, Dr. Dane said. Add one teaspoon of dry green tea leaves to one teaspoon of water then massage it on your skin for three minutes. Rinse then moisturize afterward. You could do this for two or three days a week.

Milk and honey
The lactic acid in milk helps remove dead skin cells and oil, and the antibacterial effect of the honey is great for making pore strips, Dr. Dane said. Microwave a mixture of one tablespoon each of whole milk and organic, raw honey for about ten seconds.
Apply the cooled mixture onto your skin then top with a clean cotton strip. Let sit for 15 minutes then gently peel off. Rinse and moisturize as usual.
Egg whites
Dr. Bowe's method of reducing blackheads is by using egg whites and a tissue. Apply whisked egg white to your skin then layer a tissue over. Apply another layer of egg white then let sit for about 20 minutes. Peel off the tissue. Q
Cornstarch and vinegar
Cornstarch absorbs excess oil on your skin, while the vinegar helps reduce discoloration caused by the blackheads. Mix cornstarch and vinegar until it forms a thick paste. Apply it to the affected area then leave for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.
Follow up with an ice cube to close the pores. Use the mixture for two to three times a week.
