Women in their 20s and 30s need not worry about mammograms...
That was before.
Rihanna is using her voice and influence to raise awareness of breast cancer in young women. Her newest lingerie line features four young women on their journey with breast cancer. Clad in pink bralettes, babydolls, thongs, and robes, no one would have thought the gorgeous ladies battled with breast cancer at a young age.
Rihanna encourages everyone to support the cause by shopping the Savage X Thrivers Xtra VIP Box that's priced at $59.99. The all-pink limited edition deal includes a Scalloped Lace Bralette, matching Lace Brazilian undies, Cotton Candy shade ultra-soft rib pant, and added dominoes for fun. She also launched Exclusive VIP sets of ribbed tee and shorts, X Rib Crop Top Trio, and exclusive VIP offers under $10.
What's better than wearing Rihanna's feel-good lingerie at slashed prices is the feeling of being part of a worthy cause. A minimum of $3.75 of the proceeds will go to the Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF) to help fund breast cancer research for young patients.
In a press release statement, Rihanna reveals how she wanted to "raise awareness for underserved breast cancer communities" and that shopping the Savage X Thrivers collection is the "easiest way to get involved and make a difference."
"Despite being diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer, I'm doing a Savage x Fenty," says Nalie Agustin who was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 24. She adds why it's important: "to use what I'm going through to serve and help others." For Bianca Muniz, her journey taught her self-love. Johanna De La Cruz learned to embrace it as it is, and Stephanie Seban believes sharing the journey can help raise awareness that it's okay to get it checked out and help people feel less alone.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time the "Love the Way You Lie" hit singer designed a collection for the non-profit organization CLF. Last year, RiRi also designed a limited-edition capsule collection that benefited the same foundation which Rihanna founded in 2017 and named for her grandparents, Clara and Lionel.
Rihanna's grandmother, Clara "Dolly" Braithwaite, herself battled cancer. Her foundation's inaugural project was an almost $2 million investment to buy the first modern radiotherapy equipment for The Clara Braithwaite Center for Oncology and Nuclear Medicine at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in her hometown, Barbados.
The center is dedicated to the treatment and diagnosis of breast cancer. This, along with Rihanna's scholarship programs were recognized by the Harvard Foundation in 2017. She received the Peter J. Gomes Humanitarian Award for her philanthropic efforts.
