Olivia in her busy time performing Miss USA duties: travelling, speaking and raising awareness for breast and ovarian cancer manages to keep herself slim and fit by her everyday diet choices.
The elegant Miss Rhode Island reveals to Shape Magazine her daily diet habbits "I love unsalted almonds, especially if I'm about to do a photo shoot or compete" adding "it's my number one go-to snake."
Olivia enjoys 'Special K' meal replacement bars stating 'I think high-protein diet with low carbs is a great choice.' The self professed nerd also revealed as a kid she was short and chubby.
The 20 year-old daily diet usually consist of sweet potatoes (oven roasted or microwaved and mashed), greek yogurt, bananas and steem veggetables. "I think it's easier to digest them when they're steamed, as opposed to raw." said Miss USA.
During pagents Olivia's secret weopon of choice is Pinapples to reduce swelling, and getting that picture perfect look.
