Jamie Dornan obviously had a lot of relatively strange things to do as part of his portrayal of titular character Christian Grey for the highly anticipated movie adaptation of the "Fifty Shades" trilogy.
This week, in an interview with British GQ, the Northern Irish actor was not shy to reveal something "peculiar" that he had to do everyday on the set of the upcoming movie.
"Your dignity is intact as much as it's all tucked away in a little flesh-colored bag," the 32-year-old hunky "Once Upon A Time" star dished to the mag before adding that he had to tuck his genitals in the little bag to ensure that no scandalous full-frontal would happen while filming.
"As a guy you put all your essentials in a little bag and you tie it up like a little bag of grapes and it's tucked away," Dornan said. "It's quite a peculiar thing to do every day."
Additionally, Dornan also gushed about his stand on S&M sex, reports Entertainment Wise.
"I'm an extremely liberal person, I don't give a f***," the "Marie Antoinette" actor said. "If people are into that they're into that. By the way, if people make such a hoo-hah about the violence against women aspect of it, it's far more common for men to be the submissive. And it's consensual! There's weirder s*** than that. I think plane spotting is far weirder than S&M."
This is not the first time Jamie defended the upcoming film when it comes to the BDSM nature of the intercourse between the two leads.
"The love story is more important than the BDSM aspect," he was quoted telling Elle UK by ABC News last week. "I mean, we are going to tell a love story, you know, it can't just be what happens in the Red Room, that's not a film. There's so much more going on than that."
Finally, Dakota Johnson's on-screen lover dished on feeling good about the life he is living as of late.
"I feel good that I have my life in order. I'm not addicted to anything that I'm aware of. I'm not 21," he said. "I'm married to the most understanding person I've ever met. I have a baby. I think those are good things that stand me in decent stead going into whatever it is."
“Fifty Shades of Grey” is set to hit movie theaters on Feb. 13, 2014.
