Matt LeBlanc and Andrea Anders have reached splitsville and it's not known yet whether their split was amicable.
A rep for the former couple confirmed their breakup to Us Weekly, noting that both celebs have already been living separate lives for the past couple of months.
The rep's confirmation comes a day after LeBlanc was spotted at the "Episodes" season 4 premiere party in Los Angeles on Monday without Anders.
The 47-year-old television actor, who is currently residing in London while filming for the show, noticeably attended the event solo.
The last time the former "Joey" co-stars were seen together publicly was at the Emmys back in August.
During the Halloween season, In Touch Weekly claimed that the "Top of the Heap" star was cheating on the 39-year-old actress with a number of women at a party in Austin, Texas.
Donning a masked crusader ensemble that time, LeBlanc was spotted flirting with a group of scantly clad ladies.
"He maintained a low profile earlier in the night, but around 1:30 a.m., he started getting very flirty with the bottle service girls," an insider said at the time, according to E! News.
However, the actor's rep clarified that nothing happened between LeBlanc and any of the women, insisting that the ladies were simply fans coming up to the male celeb to take pictures.
"That absolutely did not happen," his rep said. "Fans were coming up to him all night asking for pictures."
Matt's rep also vouched that the "Vinnie & Bobby" actor came to the Halloween party alone and left the celebration with no one.
LeBlanc and Anders officially met on the set of the "Friends" spinoff series "Joey," and they went public about their relationship in 2006, after Matt divorced his wife of three years Melissa McKnight, Daily Mail has learned.
