"Game Of Thrones" actor Kit Harington is turning 28 on Dec. 26 but a day before that, he said he does not have big plans for Christmas Day.
According to the British actor, Christmas will be a "standard affair" in their house, which will give him enough time to unwind.
"You know, get drunk over dinner and then relax in front of the TV. We're good. We never row until Boxing Day," Harington told Belfast Telegraph.
"I get very 'me, me, me on Boxing Day. I have to (because) it's my birthday," added Harington who is previously linked to his "Game of Thrones" co-actor Rose Leslie.
Weeks after his 28th birthday, Harington will appear in a war movie titled "Testament of Youth," which is based on the memoirs of World War I nurse Vera Brittain.
In "Testament of Youth," Harington will play World War I soldier Roland Leighton, who is also the fiancé of Brittain to be played by Alicia Vikander.
British actors Dominic West, Hayley Atwell, Emily Watson, Taron Egerton and Colin Morgan are also in the period drama, which will hit theaters on Jan. 16, 2015, Mirror reported.
In a recent interview with Metro, Harington said that many people are fascinated by World War I, which may or may not be "a morbid fascination."
For Harington, what the story of "Testament Of Youth" with young people is "they recognise fully that while they're at college, flirting with girls, going smoking behind the bike sheds, living a very liberated life. At the same age, these men were going off and getting gunned down."
Harington is also set to appear in upcoming films "Spooks" The Greater Good," "7 Days In Hell" and "The Death And Life Of John F. Donovan."
Directed by James Kent, "Testament Of Youth" also stars Miranda Richardson, Jonathan Bailey, Anna Chancellor, Charlotte Hope, Adam Ganne, Jamie Darlington, Joanna Scanlan, Emily Bevan, Amanda Fairbank-Hynes, Richard Buck and Xavier Atkins, among others.
