Freddie Prinze Jr. is showing optimism following his spinal surgery, and he is documenting his recuperation on Twitter for his fans and followers to see.
Since he had the delicate procedure done on Nov. 20, the "Star Wars: Rebels" actor has been documenting his recovery by sharing selfies and meaningful posts, according to Us Weekly.
In one of his latest tweets, the 38-year-old Hollywood celeb shared that he is learning to walk again.
"#KeepItPlayful Learning to walk again is like learning jiu-jitsu - 1 technique at a time." he wrote on Nov. 26, alongside of a snap, where he could be seen wearing neck support.
Days prior, the "She's All That" star shared a series of photos , showing off his surgical scar on his neck area and even gave a couple of nicknames to himself, such as Robo-Bro, Iron Android and Brobot, reports People.
On Sunday, amid the emergence of reports about his health condition, Freddie Prinze Jr. assured his fans that he is now out of danger.
"Guys Im (sic) totally fine. Recovering great. No need to get ur info from entertainment 'news' sources who have no clue. Trust your homie," he wrote.
A few hours later, he followed it up with another clarification on what really happened to him.
"Private medical info amigos. Let's say i had some disc issue that have been resolved. 'Nuff said friends," the "Scooby-Doo" actor dished.
Prinze Jr., who recently took part in Disney XD's "Star Wars: Rebels" as the voice actor behind Kanan, is married to "Buffy" alum Sarah Michelle Gellar.
The two tied the knot on Sept. 1, 2002 after getting engaged in April 2001. They are parents to daughter Charlotte, 5, and son Rocky, 2, according to E! News.
In a conversation with WWE star Dolph Ziggler, Freddie revealed that he had "Cena surgery" for his spine.
He was actually referring to WWE wrestler John Cena's operation in August 2008, wherein a small cut was made in front of his neck and a large disk fragment compression was surgically removed.
While he describes himself as "pretty much retired" in the acting career, Prinze Jr. made remarkable guest appearances on "Witches of East End" and "Bones" this year.
