Chris Hemsworth is a dad to yet another bundle of joy...sort of.
The "Thor" star's wife, actress Elsa Pataky, took to Instagram Monday to reveal that she and Hemsworth have welcomed "a new family member" — an adorable puppy!
Pataky, who shares 2-year-old daughter India and 8-month-old twins Tristan and Sasha with her Aussie hubby, has not yet revealed their new puppy's name. However, she did give her Instagram followers a glimpse of their "cute" dog.
"Who could've say no! Our new family member. #cute #puppy," she wrote as caption for the sweet snap.
The announcement of the latest addition to the Pataky-Hemsworth household came just a few days after the Australian actor was declared "Sexiest Man Alive" by People magazine.
"I think you've bought me a couple of weeks of bragging rights around the house. I can just say to [Pataky], 'Now remember, this is what the people think, so I don't need to do the dishes anymore, I don't need to change nappies. I'm above that. I've made it now,'" the 31-year-old joked when he learned of his title.
And while his wife definitely agrees with People's assessment, Pataky will likely tease Hemsworth about nabbing the highly coveted cover.
In an interview for the magazine's Dec. 1 issue, Hemsworth, who met Pataky through mutual friends in 2010 and wed in December that year, revealed that their relationship is comfortable and "fun."
"You just want to hang out with that person," he told People of the "Fast And Furious 6" star.
And when asked what he loves the most about his wife, he said: "Obviously she's beautiful. She makes me laugh, and we have fun."
The "In the Heart of the Sea" star also confessed that he sometimes gets on his wife's nerves.
"I have trouble concentrating. I'll be into the conversation, and then all of a sudden there will be something over here that I'm thinking about. She's like, 'Chris, are you even listening?' and I'm like, 'Yeah, yeah, yeah. I just didn't hear that last bit because you're Spanish. Your English isn't real good,'" he revealed. "Which drives her crazy because her English is perfect."
Through their ups and downs, however, Hemsworth gushed that he and his wife have only fallen more in love with each other, especially since becoming parents to three bundles of joy.
"Being a dad, you grow up really quick," he told People (via E! News). "You become incredibly more responsible, and the kid inside you comes back. I just love rolling around the floor with India and playing games with her."
According to Hemsworth, his firstborn is growing up to be one precocious little lady and already has him wrapped around her finger.
"We'll say, 'OK, that's it. No more ice cream.' And she's like, 'Gelato? Ice cream?' and she pretends to lick an ice cream, and I'm like, 'Oh, she's just too cute.' Then she goes crazy because of the sugar, so it backfires," he said of 2-year-old India.
The "Avengers: Age of Ultron" star proudly declared that he and his wife have "good kids," telling People: "We're lucky."
