Former MTV reality star Tila Tequila has given birth to baby girl Isabella Monroe on Sunday, Page Six reports.
The former adult film star confirmed the news to Too Fab, saying: "She's sooo perfect and beautiful! I am completely in love with her."
Tequila, whose real name is Tila Nguyen, announced her pregnancy in April by posting a photo of her then tiny baby bump on Facebook.
Speaking to Us Weekly at the time, Tequila described her baby as her life's savior.
"I will do whatever it takes to give my little baby the whole entire world," she added. "I never knew such a love like this could exist, but I guess motherhood can truly change some people. I know it has definitely changed me."
After the revelation, Tequila kept fans updated on her journey to motherhood by posting on her website.
In July, she announced the gender of the baby and shared how she plans to raise her child as a single parent.
"Since I will be raising her alone, I think it's just perfect that I'm having a girl for my first child instead of a boy," Tequila wrote. "I could tell her about Mommy's entire life and why it's important to not make the same mistakes I made."
A week after the pregnancy announcement, "struggling musican" Thomas Paxton Whitaker told Radar he was the father of Tequila's child. He said they were no longer together and that Tequila called it quits because of his financial problems.
"Even though I had nothing negative to say about Tila in my comment to you, and the two of us are soon to share a child with one another, Tila and I are not together as a couple and we are no longer pursuing a relationship with each other," Whitaker said.
Tequila has not commented on Whitaker's claim and the identity of her child's father remains unknown.
