Exes Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin were spotted out to a dinner date with their two kids at Katsuya in Brentwood, Calif., Tuesday looking friendly and enjoying themselves despite their split, E! Online reported.
"The Avengers" star Paltrow and Coldplay frontman Martin were dressed casually for their family outing. Martin did not seem to mind the paparazzi trailing them while Paltrow seemed less amused and hid her face from the flashing cameras.
The couple appeared to have figured out the whole divorce situation and still seemed to have affection for one another, TMZ claimed.
The exes left separately after their family dinner, but Martin was seen catching up to the SUV where Paltrow and the kids were to say a final goodbye. In an exclusive video, Paltrow was even seen touching Martin's face.
Martin is currently dating "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence, The Daily Mail reported. The blossoming couple was spotted in casualwear and stepping off a private jet together Saturday in Van Nuys in Los Angeles.
Their arrival at the airport is the first time the two have been seen together since they revealed their relationship in April.
Paltrow is said to be taking her ex-husband's new relationship well and "can see why Jennifer is a good match for Chris," a source told E! News.
"Gwyneth is very happy for Chris, that he moved on and found someone else," the source claimed. "Their split has been remarkably amiable and they both just want the best for one another."
The couple announced their separation, termed "unconscious coupling," after 10 years of marriage through a post on Paltrow's website, Goop.
"It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate," Paltrow and Martin stated through the Goop post. "We are parents first and foremost, to two incredibly beautiful children and we ask for their and our space and privacy to be respected at this difficult time."
