The release date of "The Age Of Adaline" starring Blake Lively was recently moved back by three months, Deadline reported.
The original release date of the upcoming romantic drama film "The Age of Adaline," which is Jan. 23, 2015, will be taken by "Mortdecai" starring Johnny Depp, Ewan McGregor, Gwyneth Paltrow and Olivia Munn.
Hitting theaters two weeks earlier than planned, "Mortdecai" will compete with Universal's thriller "The Boy Next Door" starring "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez, Kristin Chenoweth, Ryan Guzman, John Corbett, Bailey Chase, Ian Nelson and Raquel Gardner among others.
On April 24, 2015, "The Age of Adaline" will go against Open Road's comedy "Rock The Kasbah" starring "New Girl" star Zooey Deschanel, Kate Hudson, Bruce Willis and Bill Murray among others.
Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds also has several upcoming projects, including 2015 movies "Selfless" opposite "The Boxtrolls" star Ben Kingsley, "Mississippi Grind," "The Woman In Gold" and "Criminal" and in the 2016 film "Deadpool."
Meanwhile, Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry's autobiography, who foreword was written by "Mortdecai" actor Depp, will be released on Oct. 7, Tuesday.
In the foreword of "Rocks: My Life In And Out Of Aerosmith," Depp referred to Perry as, "an artist," a "significant, nay, eminent artist," a "guitarist extraordinaire" and a hero with "immeasurable ability" he has been "given the honor to call both friend and brother."
Depp described Perry's book as a "hitherto secret slice of life, beamed in directly from one of the greatest guitar gods to have ever walked the earth."
In the memoir, Perry wrote about Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler, New York Daily News reported.
In July, Perry told USA Today, "I'm sure there are things the guys will remember differently. I wanted to put across how hard it's been to keep the band together. We made every mistake three times."
"Digging into the truth was harder than I thought," Perry added.
