‘Pyramid’ Hit Maker Charice To Appear On ‘Oprah: Where Are They Now?’ With Surprising Revelation

Known for her hit song "Pyramid" and guest appearance on "Glee" as Sunshine Corazon, Charice will be featured on OWN's "Oprah: Where Are They Now?" on Oct. 19. In a one-on-one interview, Charice is said to have a surprising revelation to tell Oprah Winfrey, Broadway World reported.

The singer's guest appearance on "Oprah: Where Are They Now?," which will premiere on Oct. 5 with guest Raven-Symoné, marks her reunion with Winfrey after seven years.

Prior to her interview with Ellen DeGeneres and Winfrey, Charice was invited to record songs in Sweden and to sing with Super Junior's Kyuhyun in the talent show "Star King" in South Korea.

Dubbed by Winfrey as "the most talented girl in the world," Charice went to become the first Asian solo singer to land in the Billboard 200 top 10 albums with her debut international album "Charice" at number eight in 2010.

In 2011, Bruno Mars wrote the lead single "Before It Explodes" of her second album "Infinity."

Titled "Charice's Surprising Revelation," the Oct. 19 episode will also feature Carmen Electra, singer Macy Gray and radio and TV personality Shadoe Stevens, Entertainment Weekly reported.

Other memorable "The Oprah Winfrey Show" guests to appear on "Oprah: Where Are They Now?" include the eyebrow queen Anastasia Soare and the transgender woman, Tenika Watson, who was with Teddy Pendergrass during the car accident in 1982 that paralyzed the singer.

Vivica A. Fox will also appear on the Oct. 12 episode while the "A Different World" cast will be the guests on Oct. 26.

Meanwhile, Eminem's protégé 50 Cent recently appeared on "The Meredith Vieira Show," where he talked about his relationship with Winfrey, Hip Hop DX reported.

"Once or twice she's listened to me. And she says 'Okay, we agree not to agree on those topics,'" the rapper said of Winfrey, who he said had mentioned in her talk show what she felt like what was wrong with hip-hop culture.

"When I finally did make it to the show I was like, 'Oh no, if I can't be your friend at least let me be your enemy. So, we can coexist, Baby.' I never did have a problem with her," 50 Cent added.
