Gabrielle Union's topless photo was recently leaked online and now the "Bring It On" star confirmed that it's real.
Union, who recently married Dwayne Wade, released a joint statement to TMZ and said, "It has come to our attention that our private moments, that were shared and deleted solely between my husband and myself, have been leaked by some vultures."
"I can't help but to be reminded that since the dawn of time women and children, specifically women of color, have been victimized, and the power over their own bodies taken from them. These atrocities against women and children continue worldwide," they added.
On Saturday, a topless photo of Union was leaked online and she confirmed that she sent the photo to her husband, Miami Heat star Wade, according to FOX News.
"For anyone out there also being affected by these and other hacking and hate crimes - We send our love, support and prayers. We have done nothing wrong. While they may have stripped us of our right to privacy, they cannot take our strength, dignity or our voice. Love and light to all," they concluded.
Union and Wade got married last month at the Chateau Artisan Castle. The newlyweds are already taking legal action and are in touch with the FBI, Yahoo reported.
Meanwhile, Union is not the only victim of a series of leaked nude photos. In the past, other celebrities like Jenny McCarthy, Kate Bosworth, Jennifer Lawrence, Lake Bell and more have also been victimized, Web Pro News noted.
As of late, the FBI is already investigating all of the celebrity photo hacking cases that have been happening the past couple of months, according to The Epoch Times.
"The FBI is aware of the allegations concerning computer intrusions and the unlawful release of material involving high profile individuals and is addressing the matter," NBC News reported.
Apple meanwhile has confirmed that its iCloud service has been compromised, adding, "Our customers' privacy and security are of utmost importance to us."
