Nicki Minaj Teaches Models Her 'Anaconda' Dance Moves at the New York Fashion Week, Shares Video on Instgram; Receives Negative Comments from Fans

Nicki Minaj recently released her single "Anaconda" and it immediately received millions of views on YouTube.

After performing at the recently concluded MTV VMAs, Minaj has now reached out and taught a handful of models at Saturday's New York Fashion Week on how to dance the "Anaconda" way.

Minaj teamed up with Vogue and Alexander Wang's spring 2015 fashion show and taught the models some "ass-shaking" dance moves off of her hit video, according to Aceshowbiz.

Gordon von Steiner captured the tutorial in a number of Vine videos that were eventually uploaded online. Some of the models featured dancing alongside Minaj included Irina Kravchenko, Ewa Wladymiruk, Valery Kaufman and Aleah Morgan, the same publication noted.

Vogue posted a video on Vine and wrote, "Look at her. Nicki Minaj #Anaconda AlexanderWangNY #nyfw #ss15 gvsgvs."

In another video, Vogue wrote, "Nicki Minaj's #Anaconda school is now in session. AlexanderWangNY #nyfw #ss15 gvsgvs."

"This impromptu dance lesson is the best visual representation of the song's dedication: "This one is for my bitches with fat ass," NY Mag noted.

Minaj enthusiastically shared a clip from her tutorial on Saturday via her Instagram account and wrote, "Yesterday I met up with Vogue.com at the Alexander Wang show. Watch me teach the models the Anaconda dance."

The Instagram video has since received more than 250,000 likes from Minaj's fans.

However, the video itself did not receive very positive comments from the singer's followers.

Instagram user @bebe5150 wrote, "Lmfao they are so skinny and malnourished they can't even lift their legs up lmaooooooooo."

@quietbarbie said, "Lmfaoooo. Too funny!" @getfitjh wrote, "They don't look healthy."

"Anaconda" is the latest song off of Minaj's newest album, "The Pink Print." The official music video for the single was released last month and it featured Drake. Currently, "Anaconda" holds the record for most viewed music video on Vevo within 24 hours with 19.6 million, Aceshowbiz revealed.
