Well, the timing couldn't be more coincidental. Kristen Stewart and rumored boyfriend Nicholas Hoult recently chatted about falling in love during a press conference just after his Jennifer Lawrence break up news was announced.
According to Entertainment Wise, the rumored couple who costars in their movie new movie "Equals," couldn't help but gush about their new friendship.
In the Drake Doremus sci-fi drama, the 24-year-olds star as two members of a future society where emotions have been eradicated.
In turn a disease begins activating old memories and feelings in its victims and when Silas (Hoult) is infected, he becomes an outcast.
However, Stewart's character Nia, who is able to hide her emotions is the only one who seems to understand him, the two are then forced to escape their society in order to survive.
The actress joked about her feelings for her costar. When speaking about Nicholas Hoult the "Twilight" star said, I can't stand him."
The "Warm Bodies" actor told the press, "It's always a weird position to be put in any film where the director chooses two people and is saying, 'Hey, potentially in this world I'm creating you two could fall in love.'
"Sometimes [this kind of situation] feels forced and tricky and awkward, but the kind of environment [director Drake Doremus] created was straightforward and easy," adding, "Kristen is a great actress, and that just makes it very relaxed and my job very easy."
When speaking of the film's plot Robert Pattinson's ex-girlfriend said, "I'm definitely not afraid of 'feels'. My life revolves around it, actually. Finding the balance between the head and the heart is important - but I've always been very driven by the gut."
Their Tokyo press conference comes a couple of days after Nicholas Hoult and Kristen Stewart were spotted enjoying a dinner together at a sushi restaurant together.
Of course the outing sparked dating rumors seeing as the actor is now single following his split with on again, off again girlfriend Jennifer Lawrence.
As previously reported, a source has confirmed that the break up "was very amicable" and revealed Lawrence and Hoult's their successful careers have made it hard for their relationship to work out.
An insider said, "They spent a lot of time apart because of work and it was difficult on their relationship."
