Shailene Woodley and her "Divergent" cast boyfriend Theo James took a break from filming the latest installment to the franchise in order to attend the San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend.
The movie couple divulged some major spoilers about the upcoming film with the "The Fault in Our Stars" actress revealing that she will be keeping her short hair in the next film.
According to Just Jared Jr., "Insurgent" continues the story of Tris (Woodley) and Four (James) who are now fugitives on the run, hunted by Jeanine (Kate Winslet), the leader of the power-hungry Erudite elite.
As the pair is forced to race against time, they must find out what Tris' family sacrificed their lives to protect and why the Erudite leaders will do anything to stop them.
Shailene Woodley, 22, told BuzzFeed that her appearance as Tris in the sequel will change. When speaking of her pixie cut she said, "This is what you'll be seeing. I talked to the director [Robert Schwentke] because I didn't want to wear a wig.
"I think wigs always look wiggy, especially in an action movie. We're running so much and doing so much, I think, technically, a wig would have looked quite sh****."
She added, "I think it's cool to have a young heroine with short hair."
Her costar, Theo James, 29, teased that there will be some change to the dialogue in "Insurgent" as well. The hot actor explained, "In the book, Tris and Four are arguing quite a lot for various reasons, so we sat down with Robert to figure out the crux of what's behind the problem and we discovered the problem was one of trust and not being able to share with each other in this crazy, f***** up world.
"Playing with that theme, we bring it into every element of each scene, and see how that progresses and damages their relationship. It's physically impossible to honor every single tiny beat and Veronica [Roth, author] would say that as well"
Theo James added, "Now that we've set up the world in the first one, you start with a movie that's full of heart and a lot of action. It's so much bigger and has all these rich themes of trust and betrayal and a love story between two people that you haven't seen in films of this nature before!"
"Insurgent" is scheduled to hit theaters on March 20, 2015.
