It's no secret that Jason Biggs loves inappropriate chats, but went way too far tweeting jokes about the Malaysian Airlines incident. The "Orange is the New Black" star deleted the comments and apologized, but do you think he can be forgiven?
"Anyone wanna buy my Malaysian Airlines frequent flier miles?" he tastelessly began.
"It's saddest for the victims and their families, obviously. But Malaysia Airlines is apparently a GREAT airline. Gonna be tough to recover."
His followers quickly slammed the "American Pie" actor, but he was not having it.
"Hey all you too soon a****** - it's a f****** joke. You don't have to think it's funny, or even be on my twitter page at all," Biggs wrote.
"The idea that I wouldn't have any empathy 4 the victims or their families because I make a joke is absolutely ridiculous. U know that, right?"
He then added, "Truly - you losers are literally trying to find s*** to get angry about. Channel your issues elsewhere."
After a few hours, Biggs deleted the comments and apologized in a new series of tweets, reading:
"1). Hey all- ok, so- I am deleting my previous tweets. People were offended, and that was not my intent. Sorry to those of you that were."
"2). This is obviously a horrible tragedy, and everyone-including myself- is sad and angry about it. Sending positive thoughts to the"
"3). victims and their families. P.S. No one is making me send these tweets- I simply understand that my comments might have come off"
"4). as insensitive and ill-timed. For that, I apologize."
Biggs is no stranger to controversy. He and wife Jenny Mollen recently shared their threesome/prostitute experience, and shamed co-star Tara Reid's body.
