North Koreans Do Not Find ‘The Interview’ Stars Seth Rogen And James Franco Pretending To Assassinate Kim Jong Un Amusing (VIDEO)

Seth Rogen and James Franco love to push the envelope, and this time it was too far for North Korean citizens. In their upcoming flick "The Interview," due out this October, the two funny men attempt to assassinate ruler Kim Jong Un.

"The Pineapple Express" stars play talk show hosts in their latest venture, who are assigned to assassinate Kim Jong Un after the CIA learns he is a fan of their show.

According to Kim Myong-Choi, executive director for the Center for North Korea-US peace and an unofficial spokesman for Kim Jong Un, the North Korean ruler plans on watching the film, though Myong-Choi find it too close for comfort.

"A film about the assassination of a foreign leader mirrors what the U.S, has done in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Ukraine," he told The Telegraph.

"And let us not forget who killed Kennedy-Americans."

"In fact, President Obama should be careful in case the U.S. military wants to kill him as well," he continued.

Rogen does not seem to be bothered, but hopes Kim Jong Un likes the movie.

"Apparently Kim Jong Un plans on watching #TheInterview. I hope he likes it!!" the "Neighbors" actor tweeted.

Rogen and Franco have one of the longest-running Hollywood bromances, and have starred in a number of movies together. They poked fun at their relationship and fellow Hollywood couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, when they created their own "Bound 3" music video after West's "Bound 2."

They then re-enacted THAT famous Vogue cover, which was equally hilarious.

"The Interview" also stars Lizzy Caplan, who played Janice Ian in "Mean Girls" and worked with the guys on "Freaks and Geeks."
