Lauren Elaine, whose designs have graced the bodies of many celebrities including Sasha Pieterse of ABC's "Pretty Little Liars," announced and detailed the particulars of her new summer 2013 collection on Friday.
The talented designer, who has appeared on "America's Next Top Model" and "The Rachel Zoe Project," merges "bohemian spirit with easy feminity" while upholding her commitment to responsible, sweatshop-free and eco-friendly fashion with the new "Laine by Lauren Elaine" collection, according to a press release. Her California-made, Los Angeles-based ready-to-wear women's label includes everything from dresses and seperates to "beachy, mermaid-inspired frocks."
The color palette makes use of luminious pastels, with clothing inspired by the 1960's and 70's shapes. The pieces make a statement at any music festival, event, or carefree summer jaunts or trips to tropical paradises.

Elaine offers insight on why she first started the line mid-last year. "Being from California and living in Los Angeles plays a huge role in my design aesthetic," she said. "...[The line] is for the free spirit, the bohemian, the everyday Califoria girl in everyone."
Since having debuted at LA Fashion Week in Oct. 2009, her label has drawn in stars and popularity in the same way that honey draws in bees. Her designs have graced everything from Vogue to Women's Wear Daily.
